Nourish Together - Free Support Groups

Light After Loss is a monthly support group for mothers who have experienced the heartbreak of child loss, whether through miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss in the first year, or any other form of early loss.

This is a safe, nurturing space where grieving mothers can connect with others who understand the weight of this journey. Through shared experiences and honest conversation, we hope to offer gentle encouragement and community along the path to healing. While we deeply love and honor children, this is a kid-free gathering.

About the hosts:

Anna-Grace is a mom of three, her second daughter was stillborn in October 2023. Her hope for this group is to offer comfort and connection, so other moms don’t have to walk through it alone.

Mayse is a mom of 3 boys — two in Heaven and one on earth. She experienced loss in 2023 after she went into preterm labor with her twins. Her heart behind this group is to create a safe space for mothers to feel seen & heard while finding community with those who truly “get it.”
