If you select an in-home visit, please note that appointment times may fluctuate by approximately ±30 minutes to accommodate travel time. Our administrator will text you if this applies to your appointment.
If you select an in-clinic visit, the address for either our Bentonville or Fayetteville location will be provided once your appointment is confirmed. Please keep in mind:

Kylie, Hannah Neago, and Hannah Black primarily see clients in the Bentonville area.
