Blue Cross Blue Shield typically covers 6+ visits, but we like to confirm on the front end so there is no out-of-pocket charge for you (less a $25 dollar travel fee that applies per visit seen in-home). If you are wanting to be seen within 24-48 hours, select "EMERGENT" on the TLN form. We must hear back from insurance before your visit is held. By selecting "EMERGENT", this will prompt the system to expedite your coverage status.

Once we hear back (usually within a few hours on weekdays) we can proceed with scheduling! You will get an email confirming your coverage, if you will forward this email to admin@arkansaslactation.com, it will speed up the scheduling process. Please select "I understand" above if you agree.

We are not currently in network with Christian Medishare at this time. We can provide you with a super bill that will allow you to self pay and then submit our visit and get reimbursement. Go ahead and submit your contact form if you would like to proceed with scheduling a self pay visit with possible reimbursement.

Our self pay rates are $225 (considering the $25 travel fee) for an initial in-home visit and $200 (considering the $25 travel fee) for a follow up visit in-home. Our in-clinic rate is $200.
