Guides
Below you will find several guides for your breastfeeding journey. Many babies have sensitivities to things in our diets and these guides are designed to give you guidance as you navigate helping your baby to feel her best. Symptoms of needing to remove a specific food can be “colic”, reflux, blood or mucus in the stool, bright green stools, an abnormally fussy or gassy baby, bloating, constipation, or refusing the breast altogether. As a reminder, always talk with your doctor or your lactation consultant when trying to decipher which foods to eliminate or add back in. If you do not have a lactation consultant, we offer virtual or in person support to help you through this process and you can find this by clicking on the “request a consultation” above.
