Cigna typically covers 6+ visits, but we like to confirm on the front end so there is no out-of-pocket charge for you (less a $25 dollar travel fee that applies per visit seen in-home). Our self pay rates are $225 (considering the $25 travel fee) for an initial in-home visit and $200 (considering the $25 travel fee) for a follow up visit in-home. Our in-clinic rate is $200.

We are not currently in network with Christian Medishare at this time. We can provide you with a super bill that will allow you to self pay and then submit our visit and get reimbursement.
