Introducing Solids
Location: 2211 Main Dr. Fayetteville, AR
This course is designed for parents and caregivers who are interested in exploring baby-led weaning (BLW) as an alternative approach to introducing solid foods to their babies. Through a mix of expert advice, practical tips, and hands-on guidance, this course will teach you how to safely and confidently offer whole foods to your baby, allowing them to explore and self-feed at their own pace. Topics covered include the benefits and potential challenges of BLW, key milestones in your baby’s development, food safety, meal planning, and how to adapt your baby’s diet as they grow. By the end of the course, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to foster a positive relationship with food, support your baby’s independence, and encourage healthy eating habits from the start.
